Operator in Residence

Embed with the studio for 6–12 months, co-build a new company from validation through launch, and become its founding CEO or CPO when the business spins out. For people with real operating scars.

The small core that runs the studio itself — validation, design, finance, partnerships. Infrequent openings. When we post one, we take it seriously.

    Side projects count. Shutdowns count. We care about the work, not the logo on your resume.

    You'd rather build than pitch.

    Our people spend their time with customers and code, not decks and demo days.

    You treat money as a scoreboard, not a subsidy.

    We charge from day one. If you think revenue is a distraction from the "real product," this isn't the place.

    The studio is remote-friendly, but the companies we build are rooted in place. Our best operators lean in.
